4)項(xiàng)目擬派項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理：建筑工程專業(yè)二級(jí)或以上注冊(cè)建造師執(zhí)業(yè)資格。該項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人以在**市建筑建材業(yè)網(wǎng)站上查詢?yōu)闇?zhǔn)，在冊(cè)且無在建項(xiàng)目記錄（同一工程相鄰分段發(fā)包或分期施工的除外）(磋商響應(yīng)文件遞交時(shí)不得調(diào)整，不得有在建項(xiàng)目)。
5)“投標(biāo)人 ”、“法人代表 ”及“項(xiàng)目負(fù)責(zé)人 ”近三年來無行賄犯罪記錄；
6)按照《****政府采購活動(dòng)中查詢及使用信用記錄有關(guān)問題的通知》（財(cái)庫〔2016〕125號(hào)）投標(biāo)人須具有良好的信用記錄；
